This was the second project of theLet's Play Awesome team, filmed very shortly after LPA Half-Life 2 due to the corruption of video files from that series. It was originally intended to be the next main Let's Play Awesome series, but shortly after it was filmed Ocarina of Time was selected instead and the footage would remain unused until November 15, 2011, when, since updating LPA Ocarina of Time was impossible due to equipment difficulties and it had been almost a year since any Let's Play Awesome videos had been released, it began being released as a stand-in, since it required very little editing. There are currently no plans to resume filming, now that all the old footage has been used.
